Turkey, we have made with organic products from various regions gathered in healing our homemade vinegar we have been exporting to many countries.

Our journey, which starts with grape, apple, hawthorn vinegar, is made in nearly 20 varieties such as strawberry, pomegranate, walnut, cone, carob, rosehip, beet, lemon, sour cherry, fig and date.

Since the products produced are produced by traditional methods, our capacities are limited due to the length of the fermentation process.

Since there is never any additive in our vinegars produced, it is intense in probability and completely natural. During the pandemic period, especially the benefit of apple cider vinegar has come to the fore in fighting microbes and various viruses.
Usually consumed as fresh fruit, it is also used as a raw material in the production of vinegar, wine and fruit juice. It contains important features for human health such as fighting microbes, regulating blood sugar, helping to lose weight and supporting heart health.

Apple; It is rich in many minerals such as phosphorus, calcium, potassium, sodium, magnesium, silicon. It is a fruit that is suitable for income levels worldwide and is widely produced.

Vinegar production methods affect the quality of the vinegars depending on the fermentation time. The quality of the vinegar obtained by the slow method is better, especially since the amount and variety of aroma compounds are higher than the fast method.
Therefore, it is important that our vinegars are not mixed with fabricated vinegars and evaluated in terms of health and taste quality.
